Expansive Hand-Rail Erected for Houghton Bay Property

Hi, we have a large, heavily-gardened property in Houghton Bay. The owner is an avid gardener with his property split into 3 sizeable sections. He suffered a stroke 5 months ago. What we need is a hand-rail erected around the many walk-able areas of the outdoor sections. We also need a hand-rail erected inside the house. Ideally, we'd like this work completed in January.
