Quite a large deck, one end (against the house) is close to the ground, about 4.5m out from the house and the deck is on support beams about 1.8 - 2m off the ground. The earthquake and rain had its way, and now the support beam on one side has moved down the hill. This has pulled this side of the deck down, and out. So, the deck is no longer level. It somehow needs to be jacked back up, new foundations set, and the whole thing somehow pushed back about 5cm, toward the house (so back in) and raised about 10 - 15cm (so back up). After all of this it should hopefully be level again. Access is not easy, it is hard. The ground is soft (old cut and fill) so the foundation will need to be deep. This job is basically about putting a deck back where it used to be.
