Urgent outdoor timber step & deck repairs (3 jobs).

Several small-medium outdoor carpentry jobs on two adjacent rental properties. My elderly father-in-law has very limited mobility & is partly blind. One of the steps up to his laundry door has fallen off leaving him unable to exit the house easily. His landlord (in Palmerston North) has authorized me to organize repair of these 2 timber steps (& platform), together with 5 hazardous timber steps and a partially broken carport floor (constructed with decking timber) on the adjacent property (that he also owns). I've had to estimate landlord's budget but likely at the lower end of this (or in next price band down). The laundry steps are the most urgent. Michael (& Vala) Hall
