Rotten weatherboard repair

A weatherboard at the level of the deck has rot due to moisture. It is likely the board above it also needs repair because a gap can be felt between the two boards. I need a repair in the area which will last and stop further moisture ingress and further rot. Complicating things is the deck is in the way and to the left the board meets the joinery
