External wooden stair and handrail replacement Khandallah

External wooden steps and 3 sections of hand railing on decking is rotten and needs to be replaced and painted. As per attached photo stairs can be seen at the rear (left) and arrows indicating sections to be replaced. First 2 sections immediately up the stairs and 4th section. There is a possibility that cladding behind the stairs need to be repaired / replaced but the extent to this will not be known until stairs are removed.
