My deck is 12x6.5m and 10+ years old. The slats were laid flush and it hasn't been draining properly - it's a bit of a lake when it rains. We need to replace 80% of the timber with proper spacing. Some may be ok. Boards are 90x25mm - random length griptread pine. As far as we know the joists & piles are fine but we'd like them checked. Access is difficult. We're looking for a quote to test the frame & piles, second possible quote to repair them if necessary, and a third for the decking timber
