Design, build, install wall-mounted cabinet

I need to replace a heavy, floor standing oak cabinet, with a lighter, narrower, wall-mounted version. I need someone who can design, build and install. My requirements are: 1. It’s lightweight - this isn’t actually going to hold a lot of stuff! It’s more of a centrepiece for the space. So no need to sweat about this being super weight bearing - it won’t need to be tip-top! 2. It attaches to the wall in ways that can’t be seen - it needs to look as if it’s floating. 3. It’s narrow - I’m replacing an existing oak cabinet with this wall cabinet/shelf because I need the space to fit 6 yoga mats in front of the panelled wall.
