Removal of flooring structure

I have a flooring structure in my little retail store that I need removed and disposed of. I need someone with proper tools for removing structures, not an amateur that is going to show up with a sledge hammer and cause damage to surrounding areas. As we are open on weekdays, someone that can complete the work on a weekend is preferred.
