Repairs for an outside leak

We have a weatherboard house with a leak coming in somewhere (perhaps from a window frame). We have taken out some gib looking for leak, but now looking for a builder to take out window frame and do further investigation and repairs. Interior framing all good. All at ground level and easily assessable both inside and out.

"Great consultation with the client in regard to possible causes of leak. Provided a verbal account of work to be carried out and possible time frame. Have solved/addressed one leak but there is another one that requires further investigation when the weather permits. Cheers Simon"
