I need to have the wooden steps up to my house repaired, whether that is the three steps only or the whole thing will depend on the assessment. From the photos, the one at the top, third from bottom, and bottom step are rotten. The top step - just bullnose needs replacing. Stringer on left hand side as you look at the steps is also soft in one/two places.

Renee and I were really happy to deal with Kevin from Orkney. Very clear and good communication all the way through, backed up by a willingness to get our steps repaired promptly. We are really happy with the workmanship on the steps and the finished product looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Kevin and the team at Orkney for what they have done, and will use them for future work. Mark and Renee ps we did some of the paint work!!
