Repairing walls ceiling and replacing rotton timber in bathrooms

After recent plumbing work to fix leaks and remove and replace old dux piping we have been left with holes in the walls and ceiling of both bathrooms that need repaired. We also have some rotten timber that needs removed and replaced. Please refer to photos for an idea of the extent of the work. Need the work completed by the end of June.

Lawrence and the tradesmen he used (Plumber and Tiler) were all great to deal with and did a good job. There were extra costs that we were aware would occur, the extent of them however, was not clearly communicated so the final bill created a bit of anxiety for all involved. Overall a good job and I would recommend them.
