We have purchased a house and the builder's report indicated there were three bearers in the sub-floor area that need increased support under them. They are currently excluded from our insurance so we need them sorted and signed off by a LBP. This part is likely to be around a small job. The report also identified a number of other, less immediate jobs (insufficient ground clearances, sealing required on a penetration through the cladding, and packing off some areas that have been built hard against the cladding) which we would like fixed either at the same time or subsequently - unsure of budget for these pieces of work so happy to get a quote for that.
