The sash window at a rental needs fixing. I believe the weights have fallen in the wall cavity so the architrave will need to be removed and the weights re-attached.

The work has been done properly. The price was reasonable. The job was not completed in time due to the lack of parking spaces close to the property (not the tradesman fault).
