Repair or replace window sill (plus maybe tiling ?)

I have a wooden window in the bathroom which sits alongside the bath/shower. It gets wet, particularly from the shower, and the window sill is rotting. The window is generally ok, just the sill is the problem. I need the sill fixing or replacing. I also had the idea of tiling the sill which would make it more suitable for a bathroom and would hold toiletries etc with the wet causing damage.. I am open to options.
