Bungalow maintenance and upgrade

We recently purchased a bungalow needing some maintenace and a little upgrading - replacement of some weatherboards and flashings - maintenance and replacement of some window surrounds and hinges - replacement of some roof and floorsupporting timber - re line master bedroom ( after scrim removal) and small lean-to laundry - patch wall lining after removal of a gas wall heater and alteration of shower control - plaster and paint as necessary - install insulation in ceiling and underfloor - install a range hood - install wooden bannisters at steps to front door. We would like interior work done as soon as possible.

Jamee has a very pleasant and professional manner. His staff are also easy to work with and conscientious;in particular Wattie's work was careful, to a high standard and finish. The estimated cost, charged at an hourly rate plus materials was spot on and an increase in scope of the job was agreed to without problem. We would not hesitate to use Namloc Ltd again - they have been brilliant.
