Replace ceiling gib and repair window rot

We are looking at putting our house on the market fairly soon and need a few jobs done before this. These include: Replace approximately 2 sq m of ceiling gib. There has previously been a leak and there is warping and water marking on part of the ceiling. This will need to be plastered and painted too. Replace bottom part of window. There is some rot in one window which needs to be repaired/ replaced. The window frame itself is fine. Would like to have these completed before Easter if possible. Thanks
