Tasman Street Decks renovation

As a body corp we have 4, 5m *3 m decks that need new balustrades (to replace the poorly detailed existing ones)and the four decks re surfaced with traffic Guard or similar. Some repairs to the cladding that comes down to the deck. It is a mixture of iron and ply. We have detailed plans prepared by Architects Stapleton and Elliot. The architects have advised that because the work is like with like, no permit is required. We want the work completed before winter.
