Kitchen floor sunk and soft

We installed a new kitchen a few years ago and laid new vinyl on the floorboards. A few months ago I noticed that the floor feels soft and has sunk slightly around the sink area. I would like the floor to be inspected without destroying the vinyl and a recommendation as to whether we need a repair. It is possible to underneath the kitchen but we do have underfloor insulation.
