Floor boards in bathroom need replacing.

It appears the sub-floor in our bathroom may have had some water damage at some point of time as a result of which an area appox 3 sq metres has bloated and this causes the door to scrape on the floor when opening/closing the door. It also feels like the floor area just outside the bathroom door has sunk a bit. Cannot really tell due to the wood laminate flooring, but it certainly feels like it.
