Mezzanine floor

I need a first floor level added in my industrial unit, above the existing ground floor workshop.. The area of flooring needed is about 5 metres by 6 metres. There is similar flooring installed previously. It is on 240 x 45mm joints spaced at 400mm centres fixed to boundary joints bolted to the tilt slab concrete walls. The same type of construction would work well. We also need walls (non load bearing) on three sides, a ceiling under the existing steel roof (for thermal and sound insulation) plus insulation and linings to walls. We need drawings drafted to be submitted to Auckland Council along with the Building Consent application. Look forward to hearing from you, Nick ---
