Internal handrail

Internal garage access to house is by 3 easy steps to long 1090 platform. Wife now has broken leg so need a handrail to be horizontal (1090) then sloped (350) but no wall so must be like a fence. Ground is concrete. Could also attach to side of step & platform. Quite urgent as wife due home soon! I may be able to erect if I had the parts (have building experience but no qualifications). There are 3 steps, but the handrail does not need to extend to the bottom step
