There is a section of floor immediately infront of my toilet that has become quite soft. I suspect it has been caused by some sort of leak? It is under vinyl so I am unable to see exactly what is going on, but I would like to have the issue sorted. I suspect the floor panel will need to be replaced. The patch is about 50cm x 50cm.
