Internal wondow frame has had some moisture damage due. This needs to be assessed and repaired. Front fascia needs replacement along with decramastic folderover.

I found Teevao sincere, hardworking and a pleasant personality. He put in a good amount of work both for the outdoor fascia replacement (despite a really windy and cold day!), to ensure it was done right and to high finish the first time. And the indoor window sill replacement. I will more than happy to use his services in the future for sure.
