Retaining wall

We have an old retaining wall that is starting to slip. We would like to be replaced in the summer or (soonish). Size is 1.5 metres high and 16 metres long. We would also like to have drainage put in either end and then have mesh sheeting to add the drainage. This retaining wall is only to keep a garden safe not structural to the house. There is no access to a digger only access to hand and power tools. In your estimation can you add in an overall cost with materials etc? Any other questions, please send DM via this site,
