I need a floor repaired in a small wardrobe (potentially need the bottom piece of the wall frame replaced also). See attached photo. The floor is rotting from an old leak (the leak has been fixed). Wardrobe dimensions are approx 1.0 x 0.6m. I don't need the gib and skirting replaced, just the floor for now.
