4 of the veranda posts are rotting at ground level. The other veranda posts were fixed using post shoe and concrete by previous owner. The deck underneath is in the process of being removed and would not need to be replaced when accessing the base of the posts. Also at the entrance, at least 3 of the stairs are rotting and need repair.
