deck has slumped in one corner 100mm. one footing will need re-piling and propping to make deck level. Deck is 2m above ground so post will be --- min dia and good solid concrete footing required as to not slump again. decking may need re-nailing in slumped area if level deck causes boards to pop out as have been slumped with deck for 6 months. Deck approx. 15m2

Mike and his team were fantastic. Being an Architect I've dealt with a few builders and was impressed with Mike. His experience showed on our first site meeting where he offered suggestions without adding cost. His team were professional, polite and efficient. Looking forward to getting him back again for future work. Well done guys.
