Water has come inside and damaged the framing / gib on an external wall. The material against it is brick. Previously there was a garden built against the house which we believe seeped into the house. We are wanting to have the framing repaired but are not wanting to replace the GIB as it is in our garage at the bottom of the house so not needed.
