Soft floor board

Hi, I'm looking for someone to look into our underfloor board. A part of our underfloor board has become soft which I suspect must be from the flooding last week. Our house wasn't flooded however there was a good amount of water gathering next to the house. We only noticed that part of the floor seemed to have become soft the following day. There is no visible damage to the carpet neither was it ever wet. Please could someone urgently let me know if they're available to come around and have a look and see what needs to be done. With the possibility of more heavy raining this weekend, we would really like to sort it out before then (if at all possible) or at least put in something to prevent any further damage until it's sorted.
