Replace window architrave

We plan to extend our tiled splash-back The tiler who quoted the job, identified a problem as the wall tiles would end up thicker than the architrave, making the join between the two look a bit amateurish. His recommendation was to replace the architrave with a thicker molding (the current thickness is 9mm) This job will include providing and fitting the molding. I will take care of the painting
