Sinking floor board replacement (& laminated floor installations?)

Hi everyone! We’re moving to our own home in January and have a sinking floor issue. We were told that the floor board needs replacement as it’s sinking throughout the house. ( a borer pest control will be done prior) We’re looking for someone to help us with this (replacing the floor board and installation of new laminate floors throughout the house & carpets for the bedroom). Understandably it is the busy season and the tenants won’t be moving out till the 22nd December. So anytime early January would be great!
