Water damage exterior facing wall repair

Have discovered the conservatory wall has had water coming in from outside for some time. Need all the Gib removed, cause of leak identified, repairs to stop leak and replacement of any rotten framing, base boards etc. Can already tell there is some rotten wood. The other side of the wall is an external cedar boards.
