We have a 2.5m x 1m tiled 1st floor deck that has water egress under the tiles against the house and has caused damage to existing panel work. As the house was built in the 60s some of the water has reached the chipboard causing this to crumble. We are looking to have this repaired or replaced with the possibility of increasing the size of the deck.
