We need a hand rail installed to the entrance of a house, as the inhabitants are getting older and need support getting up and down the steps. Please review the photos and needs listed below and let me know if you require a site visit to quote. - Hand rail should be bolted to concrete and step, not bolted to the house - Needs to be sturdy and weatherproof as it is outside with no protection - Must be installed on the right hand side
