A few repairs and replacements

* replace shadow clad on two sides of the lower story of house * replace roofing on workshop and carport * replace hinges on downstairs timber windows, currently a bit rusty and swollen * small gib repair on roof in downstairs rumpus where a water pipe had to be cut out. Probably a couple of sheets max. Sorry don’t really have photos but the attached picture shows one of the downstairs windows and shadow clad which is the bottom half.
