Single fascia board replacement

Replace fascia board, paint with supplied paint. Single length as shown in pic which has noticeable water damage. Looking to sell property, so also keen for a quote for repair if cheaper, but would imagine replacement is best. The length is approx 5m, can give more detailed measurements if required.
