Deck repair

Hi, We have a concrete deck approx 5.5 mtrs x 5, plus steps, this also forms part of the roof of our basement. It was coated with "Terra Flakes" many years ago, unfortunately water has started leaking through the concrete and into the basement. We are seeking advice/quote on how best to rectify this problem.
