There has been a leak from HWC that caused the floor plywood to rotten. The leak has been fixed the plywood needs to be replaced with treated plywood. I have lifted the carpet and inspected the plywood. The carpet needs to be secured again. We are looking for a reliable some more small jobs in the near future.

Awful experience. This guy is true definition of cowboy. Stay away from this guy. Initially agreed on $500 to replace 1x1meter floor board and two 30cm x 30cm tiles. He then asked for $200 stating the cost of materials has gone up. When I enquired about materials he used, he mentioned job took 7 hours at the rate of $45/hour and he bought 2.4m board, 20kg tile adhesive, 5kg grout, a box of framing nails for $85, a box of screws for $35. And bunch of other stuff. Beware guys!!!
