Porch & Deck Renovation

Old Villa needs rear porch and deck renovated and updated.The small deck (1.3m D x 4.4mW) off the rear villa porch is around 40mm too high and has allowed water to flow back into the porch. We want existing deck replaced & up-sized and lowered to stop water getting into porch. Also need porch weatherboards & floor boards repaired and a small fixed door awning to be installed or built to protect porch door from rain.
