A wooden window frame has some rot in the outside bottom corner. It seems to be only in the vertical side piece and the scribe against the weatherboards at the bottom, with them feeling quite solid only a short distance up. These 2 pieces of wood will need to be removed to check there is no more serious internal damage (fingers crossed) and then replaced with new timber. As long as there is no more damage than what can be seen on the outside it should be a very quick and easy job, I'm hoping.
