Repair of semi-enclosed porch

Our semi enclosed porch is wooden framed with glass and one side of plastic. A water leak in the gutter over time has rotted out some of the framing and recent high wind has pulled some of the rotten framing out. Jobs required are: A. Repair/rebuild one side of the wooden framing of porch and install new glass or perspex (and potentially a second panel). B. Realign guttering so roof run off flows into gutter (if possible, priority is A.)
