Wooden Window Frame and Hinge Repair

I need a cracked window wooden frame repaired and two new hinges fit. See attached images. The wind blew my window outwards and ripped it off one of the hinges and left it dangling off the other. Refer image B. The accident also cracked the wooden frame from top to bottom on one of the vertical panels. Refer image A. I'd like to repair rather than replace if possible and not too expensive.
