Custom-built chair for short person will tall desk

Hello there, I think an experienced carpenter may be able to solve this problem. Here goes.. As someone who works from home, I need a good chair that will be comfortable to sit in for 8 hours a day. I've tried standard office chairs but my desk is unusually tall so none of those extend high enough. As an added bonus, I'm also fairly short so could do with somewhere to keep my feet while I'm perched at the top. I've got an adjustable foot rest so that might do. Ideally, the chair would match the stain of the desk but that's not essential. Up to the challenge? Drop me a note.
