Quote needed for tidying up cute Titirangi cottage

Building work quote needed asap! I'm trying to decide whether to proceed with purchasing a 1930s cottage in Titirangi which needs tidying up. Need a cost estimate to block up unneeded doorways, tidy window frames, tighten floorboards and check if nib wall is structural plus cost to remove; also looking at costing to build deck out from living room and install French doors. Would need to meet on site to get an idea of cost to do repairs/tidy... Would also like a second opinion on state of cottage generally and whether major repairs may be needed.
