I am looking to install one sheet of Braceline GIB (1200mm wide) to achieve BL1-H standard to an existing internal wall and obtain necessary PS3 for this installation. I will remove the old gib. You need to supply and install all necessary labour, materials and consumables for this. I can get the new GIB sheet on site if you want me to. This work is not part of a building consent but I require PS3 for the property records of restricted work being carried out. I am looking to remove an internal wall which was found to have a steel diagonal brace in it (not shown on the property file drawings, this was a total surprise when discovered inside the wall) and a designer established that adding BL1-H x 1200 to an adjacent wall would compensate for removal of the old wall. This is the whole job, adding 1x sheet of gib (removal of the old wall and stopping or painting will be by others). If stopping needs to be part of the PS3 then please include this and confirm if it is included or not (or if it is required to be listed on the PS3 or not). Some nogging might be required under the house for the hold-down? Good access (you can stand under the house), joists are 250mm at approx 400mm centres. Considering the very limited work needed, I hope you can reply with a price please? Ideally, work to be done after 17:00 or maybe on a Saturday.
