Hi Folks Looks like the previous resident bogged up the bottom corner of the sill / facing timber then thrown a coat of paint on it. I'm told that my options are either replace the bog, or to replace the piece of facing timber and any other parts that have rotted out. Would like to have a quote on both fix types so and then we'll make a decision on which option we'll take, thanks.
