The columns holding up my desk are needing to be replaced. In the image, highlighted in yellow the top block has actually broken, and the remainder are showing serious signs of bowing. I am wanting them to be replaced. There is also a concrete pad, circled in red, that I believe is the cause of this. It has been laid ontop of another and obviously done poorly as it is moving away from the house most likely due to the very wet weather we have been having along with ground movements. To replace the columns since they are concrete blocks I think all the concrete has to also be removed. This is fine as I plan on decking it anyhow, but will need to be done as part of the project. Because the top block has broken and the other columns are showing serious lack of stability signs I am going to need this done fairly shortly to avoid it falling.
