Leak repair in cladding

I have a leak coming through, I'm guessing the cladding. It's at ground level and is coming through inside on to the floor. I have cut a small inspection hole through the internal side of wall and have found water present. Building is an old home with fibre board cladding. The trades person will need to be competent with fixing leaks.
