bathroom: wood floor under vinyl got affected due to water leakage. so we need to lift the vinyl and replace the floor board approximate 8.5 m2 floor and then put back the new vinyl or the same if usable. The bathroom floor have shower lines and toilet. bedroom: this adjescent to toilet room and the floor wood got affected. so we may have to replace 1 sheet of floor wood. This bedroom floor has carpet.
