I have recently purchased a 1970s unit (duplex) but it currently has textured ceilings. I have tested for asbestos and results came out clean (NO ASBESTOS). I would like textured ceiling to be removed and replaced and repainted. Area of home is approximately 76m2 hence ceiling would be there abouts.
